We endeavor to provide you with the highest quality care at a reasonable price. Timely payment on your account helps us to keep our costs affordable; in order to aid in this, we offer the following payment options:

  1. Cash Payment (without insurance filed):  a 5% discount will be given for payment in full at time of service if no insurance claim is filed (does not apply to dental cleanings, routine exams, or x-rays).
  2. 50% down/50% prior to final appointment:  this applies to procedures that require 2 or more office visits such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, night guards, etc.  The final payment must be made before the procedure is completed.
  3. Insurance (office-filed):  We are in-network, preferred providers with Assurant (under DHA), Aetna (under DHA), BCBS (Dental Plus), Cigna (health savings and PPO), Companion, Delta Dental, DenteMax, DHA, Principal, United Concordia (under DHA), Metlife, Ameritus (under DenteMax), Healthscope (under DenteMax), Guardian (under DenteMax).  If we are not in your network, check with the front desk because we are in the process of joining additional networks.  Also keep in mind we accept all major forms of dental insurance with the exception of Medicaid.

For your convenience, we will file your claim with your insurance company. Please bring your insurance card and any other information needed for filing at the time of your appointment or before. We will estimate the amount your insurance company will pay, but we cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of various insurance contracts. Your estimated portion is due at or before the time of service, and claims not paid by insurance after 45 days will be your responsibility.

Payment Plans: We currently have payment plans available through CareCredit in order to help with affordable payment arrangements for your dental treatment. They are 3rd-party credit-based payment plans that offer a comprehensive range of payment options including no-interest plans and extended payment plans with a low-interest rate. The application process is very simple and approval usually only takes minutes.

Balances not paid after 30 days are subject to a monthly administration fee. Balances not paid after 90 days may be turned over to a collection agency. All fees required to collect balances due, including a reasonable attorney’s fee, will be applied.
